Returns Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned:

  • In their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

Returns received in a used, opened, or damaged condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Return Shipping

We will provide return shipping for approved returns. Please contact us before sending any item back so arrangements can be made.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will normally be processed within 2 working days.

Refunds are typically issued directly by bank transfer for ease of tracking and verification. Alternative arrangements may be agreed where appropriate.
