During treatment
Post thorough dusting, the second step is to address any special issues specific to your Persian rug.
Unusual stains (red wine, dye stains, coffee stains) are pre-treated to ensure they are thoroughly removed by the thorough cleaning process.
Very many Persian rugs (mainly silk ones) are renowned for their weak dyes. Understandably therefore we pre-cleanse test these dyes; those that are found to be unstable, we ‘fix’or stabilise prior to thorough cleansing.
